Fitness Friday 9/14

Well I did not do so great this week as far as working out. I had a very busy week with work and at home. I did however sign up to do 2 races. I have yet to walk/run in my first race and I am so excited and a bit nervous. I really do need to challenge myself though cause without a challenge what will be my competition? What do you do to challenge yourself? What keeps you motivated to keep going?
