I have been telling myself for months now that I was going to start blogging about my fitness and weight loss goals so here I am..... Since having my daughter 6 months ago I have managed to lose all the pregnancy weight that I gained but now I have hit a plateau. I need to lose at least another 20-25 pounds and I thought what would be better than to blog about it so that way it would give me more motivation to keep at it.
I participated in a weight loss challenge at work and won second place so that was my motivation to get started. Now my motivation to keep going would have to be to get in the best shape of my life. I am determined to have a flat stomach maybe even abs before I turn 30 ( I am 28 now), and through my blogging I hope to inspire other moms to get fit as well. As all you moms know we can use all the extra energy we can to keep up with our little ones.
As part of my Fitness Friday posts I plan to share workouts and recipes, what has worked for me and what hasn't. I fully disclose that I am no doctor or certified trainer these will just be my own honest opinions.
