Houston Bloggers - Pedal Party Review & Giveaway

***Disclosure-Thanks to Pedal Party and Little Soya for sponsoring our 1st meet up for the Hello Houston Media Bloggers and Blog Free - Houston and Beyond. Any opinions stated are my own.

Have you ever heard of a Pedal Party? Yeah me either before our monthly Houston Blogger meetup happened at least....

What do you do on a Pedal Party? Well the question should be more like what don't you do on a Pedal Party?

You start out by meeting up at the Pedal Party headquarter. You are assigned a captain. The captain will then go over the rules to abide by while riding. We had a great captain that made the entire party so much fun.

Each bike can hold up to 16 party goers, 15 seated and one standing in the middle as "your bartender". Physically it's about the size of a cargo van and travels at an average speed of between 5 and 8 miles per hour.

                                                       {Christy, Yours Truly, and Maria}

The Pedal Party is rented on an hourly basis like any other party bus or other special event rental vehicles; However the rental time is spent is up to the renter. Generally the Pedal Party is used as a safe, fun way to do a pub crawl/bar crawl or progressive dinner, but does not, necessarily require stopping during the rental period. Our bike was used to check out local bars in the area which was really nice since I never get the chance to do so on my own time. Although many of the party goers drank my drink of choice among a few others was good ole H2O! :) (and yes we did still tip lol)

People often rent the Pedal Party for events such as Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Team Building events, corporate events, birthday parties, company parties, tailgating, cyclist group events, parades, conventions and more. You can think of the Pedal Party as a Party Bike, Beer Bike, Bike Bar, Pedal Pub, Group Bike, pedal bar or just plain fun!

Availability & Rates for the Pedal Party can be found on their reservation page. With summer being here availability becomes tighter, so remember to book early.

You really have to see the Pedal Party in action to get an idea of how much fun the Pedal Party is, so check some videos out on their video page.

At the end of our night we made some great new friends and didn't want to leave so we stuck around taking pics, Tweeting, Instagraming, Facebooking...what all us bloggers do best :)

How would you like to win your own Pedal Party?? All of the Hello Houston! Media Bloggers who attended this event are joining together to give away a 2 hour Pedal Party and a Little Soya Prize Pack!
