McDonald's® Houston Children's Festival

If you are looking for something fun to do with the whole family then you don't want to miss out on the McDonald's Houston Children's Festival coming March 28 & 29. Presented by Baker Hughes and benefiting Child Advocates, Inc. The action-packed 2014 festival delivered record-breaking crowds & record-breaking fun & the 2015 festival is already shaping up to be even more spectacular.

The McDonald's Houston Children's Festival is the largest children's festival in the United States! They offer 7 stages of entertainment, 11 family adventure zones and over 300 fun activities all with supporting a great cause Child Advocates. Did you know 5,000 children languish in foster care because of life-threatening abuse and neglect? In Harris county alone, there were 35,729 reported cases of child abuse in 2013 and 6,535 confirmed cases. Child Advocates recruits, trains and supports volunteers assigned by a family court judge to the cases of these children. They contact caseworkers, interview parents, ensure necessary medical care, look out for educational interests and make recommendations in court regarding the permanent placement of the child. You can purchase your tickets at the gate for $12.00 per person 3 years and under are free.
