What Is In Your Margarine?

Green Beans with Land O' Lakes

1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed*
3 tablespoons of Land O' Lakes butter with Canola Oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Place green beans in 3-quart saucepan, add enough water to cover. Cook over medium-high heat until water to a full boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10-15 minutes or until green beans are crisply tender. Drain.

Return beans to pan; add 3 tablespoons of Land O Lakes butter with canola oil and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring, occasionally, 1 minute or until melted.

*Substitute 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen green beans. Cook according to package directions.

You can also add chopped salted pistachio nuts for even more flavor.
