Fitness Friday - What's In My Gym Bag

This week I would like to introduce to you to my best workout buddy.... C4 by Cellucor! I have been using this stuff for years and even though I have tried other pre-workouts I always end up going back to C4. I love the smooth clean energy it gives me when I workout. I know there are a few different types of C4 and I have used the extreme and currently using the C4 Sport. I wasn't too familiar with the difference in these formulas but I did find some info on this Best Workout Supplement Blog they have some great info for beginners that are new to supplements.

If you have never taken a pre-workout here are a few tips before you start.

  • Pre workout supplements should be taken approximately 30 minutes before exercise.  
  • Take your pre workout on an empty or near empty stomach. You don't want your food to soak up your pre workout.
  • Mix it with the respectable amount of water as stated on the supplement label.
  • Stay hydrated during your workout.

C4 comes in delicious flavors such as Fruit Punch, Watermelon, Pink Lemonade and a few more however my personal favorite is Icy Blue Razz. Now I have purchased C4 from special supplement stores, online, however I recently purchased C4 Sport from Walmart! And yes it was the lowest price I've ever seen it :D
